Napfa has been very self-degrading,for me at least.
5 months of break from exercising has greatly proved how my stamina has deteriorated.
Depressed over my shitty results?not really.
But I'm disappointed though. Partly because i had the chance to train my stamina when i was in China and Singapore,but i just continued slacking.
I was just being very lazy and too laid-back. And i didn't quite had the motivation to train then.
After all,i hadn't been exercising since i left for china and it's really hard to take the 1st step to begin exercising all over again.
I have lost touch in exercising.
The stitches i felt while i was going for my 3rd and 4th laps eventually slowed me down. I resorted to brisk walking instead, something i never had done for my past 2.4km run.
My legs turned jelly after i attempted the standing board jump station.
Bad performance again. A huge drop as compared to secondary school years results. My thigh muscles became very tight after that. It felt as though someone was pulling the both ends of my muscles with such humongous force, and although I tried stretching/massaging them, it didn't really seem to ease the pain.
For the 1st time, i really dreaded napfa alot.
Very self-demoralising, i say.
I think i should do some self-reflection.
