Is it my day today? I'm think it's alright just that i was beeped when i walked pass the sensor at the library. I was not embarrassed, in fact i knew it was me the moment the sensor beeped. So i immediately walked to the counter and showed my borrowing receipt to the librarian. I tried walking out again and was beeped again. It all turns out that my bag contains nlb library book with the bar code,that's why i keep getting beeped. So 1 lesson learnt today. The funny thing was that zhihui have nlb library books in her bag too but she was not beeped.

As usual, i took bus 31 to tampines sports hall. Coincidentally, i met charlotte on the Same bus. This is like the 1st time. Training was tiring and vigorous. It was super hot and stuffy inside tsh even though the fans were switched on. While waiting for the rest of the team to come,i said there was very 'little' people. I was corrected the moment i blurted out those words. The correct way to say it is to use 'few' instead of 'little'. You can't possibly count people according to how little they are...it will probably seem as if you describing how big or small they are. During training, i fell down twice on the floor. Luckily i only scrapped my fingers.

Now...i am rushing badly to complete at least 80% of my radio presentation. I seriously got not enough time. Gosh~ oh no.

最讨厌一波三折

今天的拍摄是一波三折，几乎没有一样事情是顺利进行的。

原本以为可以在这两个半小时拍摄部分的场景，但先后因为摄影机有小小的问题，准备工作又耗费了半个小时，而且我们的拍摄地点因为“没有经过各个人士的批准”所以需要零时改变地点。馨愉的朋友能够抽空帮忙演出，我们实在非常感谢。也多谢紟妤友情客串！！零时拍摄地点并不理想，那里环境特别吵杂，尤其当学生放课后喧闹的声音使得拍摄进度一再落后。很可恶的是，有些学生明知我们正在拍摄却还是继续玩闹，故意制造干扰。当然，这也不能完全怪他们。这是他们的个人自由，而我们使用的场地又是“公共场所”。

大家理所当然受到彼此的影响，心情烦躁郁闷，甚至无奈。总之，今天的拍摄不是大家所预期那样顺利。不过，我相信我们经历这些波折后，必定会吸取宝贵经验好让下一次的拍摄更加理想。
好烦噢！今天真的不愉快，胸口的郁闷使我有些时候感到不舒服，多么无奈。不吐不快，我会不痛快，不自在。我烦，我烦，我真的好烦~
唉，累了。大家好好休息吧，我们星期五再接再厉！

I love fridays cos it's a laid back day for me. It's not because i'm completely stress-free from assignments, i guess it's the mentality of freedom from school & work. But,i just can't stand that i have to come to school every friday from 2-4pm just purely for lessons. My timetable is kinda screwed up. I was late for the 1st time this semester.Having learnt a lesson yesterday,i decided that i would leave home earlier. It was 8.20pm when i arrived at my 2nd bustop, i didn't even think i would be late again. There was no traffic jam, but there was a crowded bus jam. 3 buses of 151 & 154 just missed my bustop and i had to wait for the 4th bus. By then,it was already 8.50pm. It was obvious i was late again. I'm sorry that i had to make simin,zhihui and singyee wait for me.

I seriously dislike to be late. Neither do i like to wait patiently for people. The maximum i can go is 30mins, otherwise i will be pissed with the person. No, i'm actually angry that i looked ridiculous and stupid if i stood at the same place for more than 30mins. My face would have worn a black,sulky and irritated look.

I was watching 舞动全城 on channel 55 and my sis suddenly start singing some song. At first,i couldn't understand what she was singing. I later realised she was singing Josh Groban's "You raise me up". The good thing is i corrected her mistake. The bad thing is i'm posting this up. Our conversation goes something like this...

Sis:"you made me rise..."

Me: what are you singing? sing that again.

Sis:"you made me rise..."

Me:huh?do u mean"you raise me up..."?

Sis:"you raised me up.."

Me:when you sang "you made me rise",i was thinking of baking cookies. I thought that you were the cookie mixture and i was the baking powder. You said i made you rise, right?LOL~

Anyway,i think i will go bake some cookies this weekend. My passion for cookies have not died off yet, i hoped so.

Usually i take 30mins when i take my 1st bus to school. But,unusually...a severe jam at the expressway caused the poor bus stuck in between other vehicles. That's why i took 1 hr for this journey,and another 20mins for my 2nd one to get to school. I couldn't be early,that's almost impossible unless i flag for a cab. So, i was late for 20mins for Presentation skills lecture. For tutorial,everyone got their chance to have a trial test run using the Dj's console . I'm still slightly nervous when i used the consoles. It started quite smoothly for me until the end when i blurted a "bye-bye" on air. That word is like a taboo.You say it, it's the end. Gosh...i got to correct this mistake,or it will be a "bye-bye" for me in the graded test.
Time is very tight since next Monday is a holiday cos we can't do our filming as the school does not open during PH. It's been hard trying to squeeze in time for the presentation skills practise and video filming. Headache. It's getting slightly busy now, I foresee there will be tons of assignments awaiting to be completed in the next few weeks. Another wave of high pressured assignment stress is coming,i'm not sure if i can handle that.
I'm so tired now. I need my sleep back.

School has been rather dull. It was not that lessons were boring or that the lecturers were monotonous. In fact, some of the lecturers do equip themselves with a good sense of humour to make lessons more lively. Others...well, i beg to differ. It's not a gift for everyone to be someone who knows how to boost the spirits of others. The start of a new semester is not my favourite dish in the course. It's not appetising to know that you'll have to endure 15 more weeks of lessons and in the midst of it,you will feel overwhelmed by piling assignments and projects. That's why I prefer the end of a term cos that's when all the outings and fun comes in. NO assignments,NO nothing to be bundled up with. AWw...now that semester has just started, i will be tied down with school work for the next 15 weeks. And everytime i sees my sakae sushi notebook while having lessons,i have the sudden urge to rush down for a sushi buffet. I'm hungry now...Okay,that's kinda random. :)

I got sunburned this morning after 3 hrs of video test filming in school. I only realised i was burnt after looking at the mirror. I swear my nose resembles Santa Claus favourite reindeer, or maybe i look more like i had a bad flu. Filming was shot at the rooftop of blk 52. Simin,singyee,zhihui and me took turns to be the role of a director, camera man, PA and actress(es). I think the most difficult and challenging role definitely would be the camera man. It was fun though, i enjoyed the filming process even though i was burnt under the scorning sun. So, the lesson learnt from this filming assignment was to apply sunblock containing a high SPF whenever filming outdoors. I will need a sunblock lotion which is at least spf 50 next time!

Right after filming, we took a cab to parkway parade cause we are actually running late for ktv. The total fare was $15. Then we went to kfc for our lunch takeaway. I don't know why i'm forever late for ktv. It has always been like that. We sang for 3 hrs, but i think it was short but sweet.
Short: if simin and zhihui hadn't got something on,we could sing longer.
Sweet: i like the feeling when we get together and enjoy ourselves although time was pressing on us to stop singing after the clock passed 4.
Actually i was hoping we could have dinner together at Astons after ktv. But, it's alright. The 3 short hrs of singing already made my day. ^o^

开学咯~

其实我没有想象中那么兴奋，只是蛮开心能够见到同学和朋友。

每天上学的交通工具是乘搭巴士，但是很多时候都找不到位置，结果是一直站到目的地。脚酸了，就对自己说——再忍一下下，还有5分钟。

今天照常乘搭巴士。无聊的时候，当我的书包没有Mp3，我喜欢东张西望，看看车外的景象和行人。大家应该都会这样吧？是不是人类的自然反应呢？如果把我的目光注视在其他的乘客就会很怪，别人一定会在心里想：“这个女生怎么一直看着我”？我也不想惹麻烦事，引起瞪眼战是我千千万万绝对抗拒的愚蠢行为！

在回家的路途中，我好奇地看着其他的乘客，然后发现。。。

大家怎么都喜欢往车窗外看？尤其是当巴士停在巴士站，车里的人多数会看着人行道上的行人或者在巴士车站等候的陌生人。很好看么？哎呀~我觉得还好了，因为我也是他们的一分子。~呵呵~ 有时后轮到我等候巴士，刚好别辆巴士来了，而我依然站或坐着等待。我心里不经意地想——这辆巴士一定有人往这边看。几个人我就不知道啦。

这种感觉好像是橱窗外的娃娃/商品被人用好奇的眼光投射在我的身上。好奇怪，又好奇。这不是件无聊的行为，但是奇怪的是几乎在巴士上无聊的乘客都会看一看车窗外的景物。打发时间，分散注意力，最便宜就是看巴士外的景物和行人。

I ended my 1 week job @ Mediacorp after 5 days of weariness.
My 1st reaction when i saw the clock hit 12am as i waited eagerly at the taxi stand was to heave a sigh of relief. I'm relieved i do not have to continue the 9-5 working schedule everyday,actually to be exact, it is a 8hr ordeal. I'm relieved semester term is starting cause i realised that being a student is far better than working. I do not dread working, but sometimes i'll tend to question myself: Why are u doing this? Is it worth your effort? Are you even satisfied? I can't answer to this question for i only did a week a job, it'll just be too early to reach to a conclusion.

i'm not playing for np wildcats in this year's pol-ite, but i still hope npwildcats will strive to achieve the best possible result in every game. With teamwork, perserverance and unity,nothing is impossible. NP 加油!

I decided to bake double chocolate chip cookies today despite 1 failed attempt. That wasted batch of cookies was a result of over-mixing and with the help of a mixer. Therefore, i did everything manually,it's tiring but i can still do some hand exercises while baking. So,it's not that bad after all. :)

As usual,my irritating sis was trying to get her hands on stirring the cookie mixture. This time i did not give in to her. I told her i wanted to Do.It.Myself but this gave her every reason to rebuke me. She was totally distracted in mugging for her exams cos she put to much attention bothering and watching me bake the cookies.

This week is my karaoke week. Today's the 2nd time i went to sing k. Zhihui was not feeling well so she couldn't join us. I don't know if it's me or not,but i am like forever LATE for karaoke. Okay,so it's simin,singyee and me. The medium room seem unusually spacious, it's even big enough to lie down. And the room was freezing cold!! For a moment,i felt i was inside my house's freezer. Simin left 30 mins earlier to have dinner elsewhere. I had dinner with singyee at parkway,it was just duck rice at the basement food court. Then we toured around vcd and music stores. I bought hershey's chocolate chips to bake cookies,the taste better turn out good cos i paid like nearly 7 dollars for that packet.
